  • BlockTexx is not taking public clothing and textile donations at this time.

    Please look out for our Give a Sheet® for the Planet events in your local council area. View past and current locations here: https://www.blocktexx.com/linen-drives

    BlockTexx has prioritised working with large commercial clients as they have limited end of life solutions.

    If you have wearable clothing for donation, please drop off to your local Vinnies store.

  • In an Australian-first initiative, BlockTexx® hosts linen collections events across Australia called Give a Sheet® for the Planet!

  • For safety and security reasons, BlockTexx is not open to the public.

  • BlockTexx is a privately held company. We welcome interest from high net worth, institutional investors and government bodies.

About BlockTexx®

Over the last 7 years, BlockTexx® has developed, tested, patented and commercialised our chemical separation technology called S.O.F.T.™ (separation of fibre technology).

Difficult to recycle clothing made from blends of cotton and polyester fibres can now be processed and recycled at commercial scale.

  • Over the last 5 years BlockTexx® has developed, tested, patented and commercialised our chemical separation technology. This breakthrough means it is now possible to separate and recycle blended clothing and textiles made of cotton and polyester fibres. Plus we can do it at commercial scale.

  • The BlockTexx® supplier network (BSN) is a group of over 200 Australian and international feedstock supply partners who are helping to build a textile circular economy.

    From across the textile industry, incorporating commercial, fashion, industrial businesses from post consumer/industrial lifecycles.

  • BlockTexx® has developed our chemical recycling technology (S.O.F.T.™) to process the world’s most used fibres - polyester/cotton blends, 100% polyester, 100% cotton and all cellulosic/man-made cellulosic fibres such as bamboo, flax, rayon, tencel, modal.

  • The textile recovery facility operates with an input capacity of 10,000tpa.

    Our S.O.F.T.™ (separation of fibre technology) process has a recovery of approx. 93%.

  • At BlockTexx® we re-manufacture textile waste back into the world's new products.

    Fibre to fibre (clothing the world), fibre to product (protecting the world), fibre to agriculture (greening the world).
